Rich in both history and charm, this building was once the home of Mrs. Wilkes, proprietress of the famous Boarding House and still-operational Mrs. Wilkes Dining Room. This third floor apartment offers a unique accommodations for up to four Lucky guests. You’ll wake up every morning to beautiful Jones Street, where cobblestones and ancient oak trees dripping in Spanish moss compelled Southern Living Magazine to name it the “Prettiest Street in America.”

The original hardwood floors and 12’ ceilings will give you a sense of stepping back in time, while the tasteful interior decor and modern amenities provide all the luxuries of staying at hotel - with more room. The large living room has plenty of space and comfortable seating. The galley kitchen opens to the dining room. You’ll find everything you need to cook a full meal, or just enjoy a cup of coffee while you plan your day.

The bedroom offers a king sized, four poster bed, and the dresser and closet provide plenty of space. The ensuite bath has a tub/shower combo, vanity with sink and a separate vanity ideal for getting ready for a night out.

Located in the middle of our bustling Design District, stylish shops dot the streets among several historic homes open for touring, including the Mercer Williams House and the childhood home of Flannery O’Connor.
